The charges stem from a videotape which authorities say shows Kelly having sex with an underage girl. But the singer has denied he is the man on the tape. His defence attorney also claims the woman on the tape was no younger than 18 at the time it was made. Kelly was indicted on June 5 by a grand jury on 21 counts of child pornography.
