AudioGalaxy Goes All Subscription - 21/06/02 Popular mp3 sharing client AudioGalaxy has finally gone all subscription based. Following legal issues the measures were put in place, and this spells disaster for its long term future. Since its creation AudioGalaxy had always operated a Gold subscription pay service, along with a free service. However, the bulk of AudioGalaxy's content came from the millions of non-paying users. The omens for AudioGalaxy dont look good. Napster (the former king of mp3 sharing clients) went subscription based after legal issues, and immediately lost it's grip on the market. The way is clear for Kazaa to continue its rise as the most popular p2p client on the net. The software is as popular as ever, and operates without any copyright restrictions, aswell as allowing users to share video, image, and software files. Related Web-Site: AudioGalaxy
